Administrative history
Project Delta was a University-wide cost-cutting project that led to Boston College's information system, Agora, among other business reporting structures. The project was begun in 1996 and was closed in 2000. It was overseen by Vice President for Human Resources Leo Sullivan and Executive Vice President Frank B. Campenella.
