Historical note
Dedalus Press was founded in 1985 by poet John F. Deane to specialize in contemporary Irish poetry and poetry from around the world in translation. Since 2006, the press has been run by poet and broadcaster Pat Boran, in the role of Editor/Publisher, and Raffaela Tranchino in the role of Manager. The press receives support from The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon and is a not-for-profit enterprise dedicated to improving the visibility of poetry and the lot of poets.
