Biographical note

Boston College alumnus, spouce of Eleanor Church, father of Tom and Jane.

Graduated from Boston College High School (1939) and Boston College (1943). Boston College memberships and leadership roles included: Fides Charter member (1972-1973); Associate Fides Executive Committee member (1974-1975); Fides Chairman (1975-1976); Fides Chairman and Special Gifts Chairman Capital Campaign (1976-1981); Annual Fund Committee member (1975-1981) noteably Telethon, Fides, O'Neill Library, Robsham Theatre; Fides Associate Chairman (1981-[1993]); McKenney Award winner 1984; and 50th Reunion Class Chairman (1992-1993).
