Biographical Note
Eldest child of Daniel Webster Russell (1835-1895) and Hannah Antoinette Russell (1838-1877). Daniel was a successful salesman for New York Life. On a trip to Europe between 1874 and 1877, Fred, three of his siblings, and his mother died.
