Harrington, Marion

Biographical note

Marion Harrington was born in the late 1890s near Quincy, Massachusetts to Simion and Margeret Walter. She had one son, Bernard, in 1933. Later in life, she volunteered for the Salesian Fathers and Brothers of the Don Bosco Technical High School and the Saint John Bosco Shrine. With a particular devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, she traveled the world to visit and research Marian shrines, and wrote about the histories of them.
