Biographical note
Musician Jerry O'Brien was born in 1899 in Kinsale, County Cork, and moved to Boston in 1921. He was a professional accordionist, recording solo, with O'Leary's Irish Minstrels, and with his former student Joe Derrane. O'Brien died in 1968.
