Biographical note

From Woodford, Ireland, Patrick (P.J.) Kelly was an accordion player, composer, and Columban missionary priest. In 1950, he was ordained, and he began his missionary work in Fiji, Australia, and Pakistan. His compositions have been played by a variey of artists, including the Chieftains and De Danaan.
