Materials primarily document Bulger's professional life as President of the University of Massachusetts and include scheduling and appointments, speeches and remarks, correspondence, and clippings. Additionally, there are documents related to his testimony and involvement in the congressional investigation on informants and his brother, James "Whitey" Bulger. The correspondence is mainly from residents of Massachusetts regarding the investigation and Bulger's subsequent resignation as president.
