Processing Information

This work was attributed to Alper in the original processing, but there is mention in Alper's correspondence of a juvenile delinquency manuscript by Dr. Albert Hess. The processing archivist was unable to find a published manuscript by either author at the time of processing, so authorship of this work remains undetermined.
