Scope and Contents

From the Collection:

Personal, professional, and research papers of nurse theorist and Boston College faculty member Callista Roy, CSJ. Personal papers include photographs, correspondence, and biographical information. Professional papers include materials from professional organizations such as NANDA-I, the Roy Adaptation Association (RAA), the American Academy of Nursing (AAN), and International Network for Doctoral Education in Nursing (INDEN); teaching materials from Boston College and other universities; and professional awards and recognitions. Research papers primarily pertain to the Roy Adaptation Model and recovery from minor head injuries, and include conference presentations, article drafts, and research notes.
