School of Nursing uniforms, 1959-1963
Scope and Contents
Uniforms worn by the BC School of Nursing Class of 1963. The first issued uniform is the one with names stamped inside the collars. The white uniform served as the "graduation" uniform. Includes 2 maroon and gold wool capes; 6 grey dresses with white collars; 1 white dress; 1 red dress with white collar; 3 red and white seersucker blouses; 1 pair of white pants; 3 grey belts; 1 cap; 1 pair of stockings; 1 box buttons; 1 porcelain lamp used in pinning ceremony.
