Scope and Contents

The recording begins with South's background: playwright, now 32 years old, went to University of Missouri but grew up all over the place. "626" performance loft group; he wrote Precious Blood. Now writing Family Assassin. Kent asks how he hooked up with Bob (Altman), and then they discuss Altman's current sabbatical from filmmaking. South is writing his current play specifically for Altman.
