Scope and Contents
The play was adapted and directed by a former Purcell and Queen's Men student of Rivers', Joseph DeFrancesco, who remained a lifelong friend. In the inside cover of the program, DeFrancesco dedicated the play to his late parents Carmela and Anthony DeFrancesco and to Rivers, "whose passion to make the Word flesh is the true inspiration for this production."
