Record of land grants from municipalities to the Boston and Worcester Railroad and to related corporations such as the South Cove Corporation. The index to the ledgers directs to the copy of the deed in both the county and corporate ledgers. The first ledger records grants primarily from Boston, Brookline, and Roxbury; the second records grants primarily from Brighton, Brookline, Needham, and Newton.
