CCC Meeting minutes, meeting materials, and commissioned reports are arranged in three sub-subseries: 1. Administrative records; 2. Meeting minutes and materials; and 3. Reports and public hearings summaries. Administrative records are organized alphabetically, and include meeting reminders, memos, directories, rosters of CCC members, as well as the by-laws of the Citywide Coordinating Council. The meeting minutes and materials sub-subseries contains a series of information packets containing agendas, minutes, and documents discussed during meetings, as well as meeting minutes of several CCC subcommittees and minutes not included in information packets. Information packets are arranged chronologically, while subcommittee minutes and general minutes are arranged alphabetically following the packets. Reports conducted and commissioned by the CCC are arranged alphabetically and include the organization’s annual reports as well as those submitted to the CCC by academics and institutions. Summaries of the CCC’s public hearings and related memos on various desegregation topics have also been included in this sub-subseries.
