Suspension figures briefings, 1975 - 1975
Scope and Contents
The records in this series are composed of the operational files belonging to three of the CCC’s senior staff members. The executive director’s records were created by both Father Michael Groden, who served as the organization’s first executive director, and James P. Breeden, who later succeeded him. Frank Harris, S.J., served as assistant staff director. The files of a fourth individual, possibly an assistant to Breeden, have been included in this series as other staff records. Materials in this series cover the breadth of desegregation activities undertaken by the CCC, as well as general office and operational matters.
This series is arranged in three subseries: A. Assistant staff director records; B. Executive staff director records; and C. Other staff records. The original order of both the assistant staff director and executive staff director records has been maintained, and are arranged alphabetically and chronologically. The other staff records are also arranged alphabetically and chronologically. Some faculty, staff, and student materials are closed due to privacy restrictions. Please consult the Archivist about using these documents.
