Scope and Contents
Primarily summer projects for interested college students, the Intern Program resulted in numerous research papers. O'Neill's staff supervised the interns and assigned them topics of current debate, such as the Draft, Alaskan Pipeline, and Tax Reform. Often these topics either centered on current legislation or would spark proposals for bills.
