This collection contains correspondence from Bessie Belloc and her two children, Hilaire Belloc and Marie Belloc Lowndes, to Jeanette Kelsey. The correspondence in this collection offers insight into the political, social, and literary climate of the late 19th- and early 20th-centuries in America and Great Britain. This collection also contains small items, including newspaper clippings, ephemera, and watercolors by Bessie Belloc, which were enclosed with the correspondence.
