This series consists of Belloc family correspondence between 1901 and 1973. It contains twenty-three letters from Elizabeth Belloc to her brother Hilary A. Belloc, dating mostly between circa 1927 and 1939. There are six letters from Elodie Belloc to her brother John Hogan, dated from 1901 to 1907. Postcard correspondence includes: an acceptance postcard for Hilary A. Belloc from Balliol College, dated 1921; a postcard invitation from Hilary to the Dan McKennas, dated 1973; and thirteen postcards, dated between 1906 and 1913, addressed to Julia Hopkins, twelve from Elodie Belloc and one from Elodie’s daughter Elizabeth.

This series also contains ninety-one letters from Hilaire Belloc to his son, Hilary A. Belloc, along with three separate postmarked envelopes, dating from 1918 to 1938. Similarly, it includes three letters from Hilary A. Belloc to his father, one dated 1932 and the remaining two dated 1938.
