"Wirre Wege." Ein deutschamerikanischer Roman, 1970

 File — Box: 36, Folder: 2

Scope and Contents

From the Series:

Unpublished fiction: short stories, drama, and a novel in the form of a fictional diary. In many of these works Bluhm describes parts of his life but with a fictional character as the central figure. The fictional diary at the beginning of the series seems to be at first glance Bluhm’s real diary; in this diary, however, his personal and professional life are quite different. In his real diary from 1982-1984 (Box 39 Folder 3), Bluhm talks about a ‘halbautobiographischen Roman’, which he had just finished. In this novel, he describes his life as it might have been, had he not had the possibility to study.
