The English College of Lisbon collection consists primarily of addressed envelopes and letters from 1853-1886 between persons associated with the college, including college president Reverend Abbot Joseph Ilsley, Reverend Thomas Baye, Peter Baines, John and Peter Jorge, G. J. W. de Carvalho, and Ricardo de Carvalho. The letters discuss financial and other matters related to the college. Also included is a document in Portuguese related to power of attorney.
