A second vocal part has been added to the first stanza of the sequence Celi solem imitantes, the only polyphonic source of this sequence.

Sequence in honor of St. Francis, Celi cives in colono, is not listed in H. Walther's Carmina medii aevi posterioris latina and may be unique.

Bound with added fragment of a late 13th century manuscript as appendix containing nine variant settings of the psalm Venite exultemus.
