Scope and Contents
The collection consists of a bound manuscript and two letters all in Dunsany's hand. The manuscript contains thirty-four of Dunsany's poems and his play The Tent of the Arabs. The poems were originally written from 1917 through 1940 and largely relate to the subjects of the first and second World War. He presented the handwritten anthology to the Red Cross in 1940.

Anglo-Irish author. Edward John Moreton Drax Plunkett, 18th Baron of Dunsany, published short stories, plays, and fantasy novels under the name Lord Dunsany.
