Flag on white cloth, with the words "Portlaoise. Eire Nua. 1974" and a hand-drawn design depicting the Irish flag, a shamrock, and an orange-and-blue sunburst flag, enclosed within a barbed-wire heart, flanked by the signatures of 36 Irish republican prisoners.
