Date of production and name of scribe from colophon, which reads in full: Al-Jild al-thāmin wa-ʿashrūn wa-mimmā anʿama Allāh bi-hi ʿalā bi-itmām hādha al-muṣḥaf al-majīd wa-kāna al-farāgh fī kitābat ḥāṣilan bi-yad al-ʿabd al-mudhnib al-muḥtāj ilā ʿafw rabbih al-ghanī Murtaḍā al-Ḥusaynī ʿafā Allāh ʿanhu wa-li-wālidatih bi-l-nabī wa-l-waṣṣī fī sannat 1233 thalāth wa-thalāthūn baʿd al-miʼtayn wa-l-alf fī al-hijra al-nabawiyya al-muṣṭafwiyya ʿalayhi wa-ālih faḍl al-ṣalāwa wa-l-taḥiyya salām Allāh ʿalayhim ajmaʿīn.
