Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection contains materials related to the Boston Police Department (BPD), compiled by Boston Police sergeant Edward J. Fitzgerald. The bulk of material is a bound set of General Orders issued by the Office of the Police Commissioner, spanning November 1918 to December 1919.
