Collection is open for research. Many folders in Series II. Faculty and college administrator work are closed due to privacy restrictions per university policy. The majority of folders in Series III. Jesuit materials are closed at the request of the Boston College Jesuit Community.

Scope and Contents From the Collection: Composed of correspondence, meeting minutes, memoranda, reports, course materials, papers and notes, and a few photographs. Most of the material concerns the Jesuit Community at Boston College and the Weston College School of Philosophy Self-Study. Negatives in box 1715 are not an access medium and are not available for use; print photographs in boxes 2 and 3 are available for access. Slides require use of a light box provided by the Burns Library Reading Room. The audiovisual and born-digital materials in Series V. are not available for playback due to format impermanence and have not been reformatted.
