Legislative materials include interest group ratings, personal voting records, legislative agendas, Congressional Record statements, schedules, and constituent questionnaires with final reports. The Congressional Record statements include portions of speeches, statements, and testimonies given by Drinan on the House floor.

Collection is open for research, with the exception of the case files in Series V. District files. The audio and video recordings are not available for playback due to format impermanence and can not be reformatted by Burns Library at this time.
