Side one contains a variety of short recordings, including a weather report and a brief conversation about the responsibilities of Veterans Affairs. Side two contains a recording of a conference call of the Executive Committee (Carroll, Morrison, Hellriegel, Laukemper, Sheehan, Hillenbrand, Busch, Diekmann, and Morrison). A transcript of this call can be found in Box 1, folder 10 and in Box 11, folder 14.
