This series contains administrative files for the organization's annual events, Board of Directors meetings, Silver Key Award, and the organization's anniversary dinners and other Society functions. This series also includes correspondence between Society members.

Restrictions on access Collection is open for research. Materials in Series IX: Financial records are closed for 75 years from date of creation. Digital photographs in this collection have been migrated from source media; digital use copies can only be accessed onsite in the Burns Library Reading Room. These files contain minutes of meetings, announcements of Charitable Irish Society activities, texts of speeches, memorials of members and other records. These records overlap with but do not duplicate the records in Series I.
