These files contain minutes of meetings, announcements of Charitable Irish Society activities, texts of speeches, memorials of members and other records. These records overlap with but do not duplicate the records in Series I.

Artifacts include medals and ribbons, a large linen banner, a ballot box, and an embosser with the Society seal.
