This series contains photographs from various Society events, such as the anniversary dinner, ladies' night, Past Presidents' reception. This series also includes photographs of early records such as charters and other printed materials. Items in this series have been arranged alphabetically according to subject.

Restrictions on access Collection is open for research. Materials in Series IX: Financial records are closed for 75 years from date of creation. Digital photographs in this collection have been migrated from source media; digital use copies can only be accessed onsite in the Burns Library Reading Room. Videocassettes have been digitally copied; all original media were retained, but may not be played due to format. Digital use copies can only be accessed in the Burns Library...
