Bound manuscript ledger of Dr. Charles Wild, documenting the names, visit dates, treatments, and payments of hundreds of patients, from 1818 to 1822. Inserted at end are two leaves from Wild's 1828 ledger. Among Wild's patients are prominent civic leaders, abolitionists, tradesmen, and enslaved and formerly enslaved people.
