Biographical note
Lawyer and Honorary Consul of Chile Philip Charles Garber was born in 1934 in Watertown, MA, alongside his twin, Paul William Garber. They graduated from Boston Latin School (1952) and Harvard University (BA 1956, JD 1961). Together they practiced law as Garber & Garber. In 1974, they volunteered as Honorary Consuls of Chile in Boston, serving Chileans throughout New England.
