Documents the exhibition history of Everett Shinn paintings that remained in the possession of Gertrude Chase following their divorce. Includes correspondence, clippings about exhibits, and exhibition programs and catalogs. Most of the materials originate from the management of the paintings by Chase's son from her first marriage, Horace G. Chase, following her death in 1954.
