Scope and Contents

Co-pubished by the Center for International Education and Sense Publishers (later an imprint of Brill). According to a note in Volume 1, this series was established because "higher education worldwide is in a period of transition, affected by globalization, the advent of mass access, changing relationships between the university and the state, and the new technologies, among others.
