The bulletins shared out news from JEA administration and commissions and committees, with topics ranging from responses to American politics, funding, church politics, graduations, and Catholic graduates available for teaching positions. The bulletin was issued at least monthly, though some months had several bulletins while others, generally the summer months, had none.
