Scope and Contents From the Sub-Series:

Contains correspondence, photographs, religious artifacts, and files on Margaret Heckler’s board memberships and memberships in professional organizations and clubs. Also includes materials on a book Heckler was planning to write on American veterans, a file on her potential nomination to the Supreme Court, and two audio recordings of her children.

Access Note Collection is open for research. Fundraising materials that name donors and donation amounts are closed, as are political patronage files that include resumes and letters of recommendation. Most audio and video recordings are not available for playback due to format impermanence and can not be reformatted by Burns Library at this time.
