The photograph album contains photographs of Rev. Richard A. O'Brien, family members, priests, Boston College students, and Boston College athletics. The sports materials (all circa 1916-1923) consist mainly of photographs of the football and track teams but also include important hockey and baseball images. The collection also contains a publication entitled Humoresque which was produced by members of the class of 1925 and presented to O'Brien.

Photocopying and most other forms of reproduction are restricted because of the fragile condition of the original materials.
