Biography
The Whitten family of Boston's Jamaica Plain neighborhood centers on William H. Whitten Sr. (1838–1928/29) and his wife, Emily Isabel Pritham (1832–1911). After marrying in 1865, they relocated several times from Maine to Boston. The Whittens had five children.
