Biographical note

In 2020, Elif Sezer Aydınlı (Ph.D. candidate, History Department, Istanbul Şehir University) spent a year in Boston to conduct research for her project, "Transformation of Ottoman Literacy: Reader Notes on the Manuscripts of Popular Stories in the 18th and Early 19th Centuries," using the research libraries at Boston College, MIT, and Harvard University.
