Scope and Contents

The edited interview was published in the July 31, 1977 issue of the New York Times. The first recording is a three-minute portion of the interview where Scheider says he'd love to work with film directors Coppolla, Truffault, Fellini, Bergman, and talks about losing his temper. The second side contains another approximately three-minute segment where a continuation of the Roy Scheider interview, with him giving an example of a time when he lost his temper on a long day's film shoot with no food or coffee. A third clip contains a recording of a television interview of Scheider by someone else, discussing the movie he is currently starring in called Sorceror (1977).
