The diary contains entries discussing both academic and extracurricular activities by members of Boston College's sophomore class's section "A" over a four year period. Students were members of Boston College 1923-1926 graduating classes.

Bound manuscript written in italic cursive script, consisting of eight works on Roman emperors and a treatise on chivalric orders, including the Templars and the Teutonic Order.

The papers contain a journal, correspondence, legal and religious documents, clippings, ephemera, and photographs documenting the life of twentieth-century professor, Boston College president, and Jesuit James H. Dolan, SJ. Of note are photographs reflecting life at Boston College in the late 1920s and preliminary architectural planning documents for three Jesuit institutions.

Collection compiled by nursing historian Josephine A. Dolan composed of artifacts, letters, ephemera, and photographs, with a particular focus on Florence Nightingale. Included are both original and reproductions of Florence Nightingale's correspondence.

The Boston College collection of Dolmen Press contains advertisements, broadsides, catalogs, correspondence, dummy books, ephemera, and manuscripts documenting the administration of the Dolmen Press, an Irish fine print publisher that was in operation from 1951-1987.

This collection documents the Doyle, Evans, and Persse families, nineteenth-century immigrants to North America from County Galway, Ireland. Materials include correspondence, land deeds, naturalization papers, and military records. Family recollections, genealogies, and other research compiled by Jessie Evans Dugan and James Charles Roy is included.

This collection contains a single item: a commonplace book of poetry gathered by Lady Juliet Duff. Poets include Maurice Baring, Hilaire Belloc, G.K. Chesterton, and W.B. Yeats. The book is leather-bound and entitled J.D. 1916.

Consists primarily of copies of correspondence, diaries and newspaper clippings related to the history of Boston College from the first proposals for its founding to the end of World War II. Much of the material was created by Boston College presidents and other Jesuits. Also includes edited manuscripts of A History of Boston College, and some Boston College programs and publications.

The collection consists of a bound manuscript and two letters all in Dunsany's hand. The manuscript contains thirty-four of Dunsany's poems and his play The Tent of the Arabs. The poems were originally written from 1917 through 1940 and largely relate to the subjects of the first and second World War. He presented the handwritten anthology to the Red Cross in 1940.
