President's files, 1923 - 2017
Scope and Contents
The president's files include collaborative projects with other Catholic and Jesuit higher education organizations, participation of the president in international Jesuit education meetings, responses to directives from the Vatican, and reference materials. Note that reference materials tend to be unpublished or informally published materials, as the AJCU's collection of published reference works has been transferred within the Burns Library and can be found in the Boston College Library catalog.

Processing Information
Original file titles have largely been retained. It appears that the subject header "Rome" was used to indicate the Society of Jesus Superior General and Curia, whereas "Vatican" indicates the Pope.
