Richard S. Bolan papers document urban development and city planning in the greater Boston metropolitan area from the early 1960s into the early 1970s. Included are published reports on the subject, as well as the notes, drafts, data, and correspondence of city planner Richard Bolan who studied and worked in the subject as both a government bureaucrat and an academic.

The John Louis Bonn, SJ papers document the life of Bonn, a Jesuit priest, writer, and educator who attended Boston College and taught classics, English, and drama there from 1930-1949. It includes correspondence, ephemera, lecture and staging notes, manuscripts, and photographs.

The Book of Cáit ní Dhuibhir: manuscript
A calligraphed manuscript containing thirteen poems by Moirin Cheavasa. Each poem was written out by the hand of calligrapher Liam O Duinn. Several pages contain handwritten corrections by Colm O Lochlainn. Both the cover of the manuscript and the enclosure bear the logo of the Three Candles Press. The item was exhibited as an illuminated manuscript at Seventh Exhibition of the Arts and Crafts Society in Dublin in 1925.

Bookbuilders of Boston records
Records of the publishing association Bookbuilders of Boston, including correspondence, meeting minutes, photographs, publicity, and related items. The materials document various activities of the association, including dinner meetings, executive committee meetings, the annual New England Book Show, workshops, and other events.
Boston College collection of bookplates
The collection consists of nineteenth- and twentieth-century mounted bookplates. The plates feature finely detailed artwork, and serve as examples of period book art and typography. The artists and origins of the bookplates are from numerous countries, with the majority from the Czech Republic, Brazil, the Netherlands, and the United States.

Boston Brass Band memorandum book
Memorandum book of the Boston Brass Band compiled by S. S. Pearce, listing performances, venues, names of musicians, and amounts paid in 1837. The Band played at venues in New England, including Faneuil Hall and Boston Common, and at parades, military musters, and funerals. The second part of the book records an Atlantic sea voyage taken in August 1838.

Administrative files, committee records, correspondence, and departmental records prior to 1968 are open except files containing personally identifiable information, financial records, or student records. All budget files, faculty files, and records dating after 1968 are closed. Access with permission of office.
